01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Nur App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the application. These terms apply to all users of the App.
02 License
BozApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Nur App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
03 Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems; (d) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
04 Intellectual Property
The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BozApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
05 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BozApps does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BozApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
07 Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's Terms of Service. BozApps is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
08 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
