01 Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how BozApps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Nur App mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
02 Information We Collect
Nur App requests access to your device's location solely to calculate accurate prayer times and Qibla direction for your geographic area. We do not store, transmit, or share your location data with any third party. Location data is used only in real-time within the App and is never logged or persisted on our servers.
03 Local Data Storage
Your prayer time preferences, saved duas, bookmarked Quran verses, and notification settings are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
04 Location Data
We request "When In Use" location permission to provide prayer times and Qibla direction. Your location is processed on-device and is never sent to our servers. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device Settings, though prayer time accuracy may be reduced.
05 Notifications
Nur App may request permission to send local notifications for prayer time reminders. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve any remote notification server or data transmission.
06 Analytics & Advertising
Nur App does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. We do not track your behavior within the App.
07 Children's Privacy
Nur App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App collects no personal data beyond device location (used only locally), making it appropriate for family use.
08 Third-Party Services
Prayer time calculations are performed using established astronomical algorithms entirely on-device. No data is sent to external services for prayer time computation.
09 App Store
When you download Nur App through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain data according to their own privacy policy. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/privacy/.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
